We believe a child’s work is play. Children learn best, as well as develop socially and emotionally, through engaging in a variety of age-appropriate activities in a safe, secure, and nurturing environment.

Meet the Owners of Little Hills Learning Center
Chad and Lisa Boewer are the owners of Little Hills Learning Center. They are proud to see their dedication and passion build into this magnificent childcare facility that has fostered the growth of so many children in our community! Chad and Lisa met in 2008 and were married in 2013. They had their first baby girl in 2014 and in 2017 had natural God given triplets, two boys and a girl. Lisa is from the St. Charles area and attended Lindenwood University where she earned her Bachelor and Master's degree in Business Administration. Lisa worked for Emerson for over 20 years in sales positions and Customer Service Management roles. Her focus is ensuring the vision of LHLC is upheld.
Chad is from the Wildwood area and has been in business in the construction industry for over 30 years. He has also focused on real estate acquisitions for over 15 years. With the constantly growing need for quality and affordable childcare he made the purchase of this amazing center in 2020 and worked diligantly to make very detailed improvements to every aspect. Chad and Lisa have been very selective in hiring an experienced and dedicated director, Kristin Skebo, along with our great staff of management who work closely with our devoted teachers to operate Little Hills Learning Center.
With Chad and Lisa having four children of their own who were all in daycare, it has provided them insight into numerous facilities as they searched for the best care for their children. Through this process they noted what they liked and disliked in other centers and have incorporated these factors into LHLC. We are excited to offer excellent care for children ages 6 weeks - pre kindergarden. We welcome you to come tour our school and determine if it is the best fit for your family.
COVID-19 INFORMATION: Little Hills Learning Center follows guidelines recommended by the Center for Disease Control, along with St. Charles County Health Department. These guidelines will be communicated to parents and staff.
