We believe a child’s work is play. Children learn best, as well as develop socially and emotionally, through engaging in a variety of age-appropriate activities in a safe, secure, and nurturing environment.

Meet the Owners of Little Hills Learning Center
Chad and Lisa Boewer are the owners of Little Hills Learning Center and are extremely excited to oversee the operation of this magnificant childcare facility! Chad and Lisa met in 2008 and were married in 2013. They had their first baby girl in 2014 and in 2017 had triplets, two boys and a girl. Lisa is from the St. Charles area and attended Lindenwood University where she earned her Bachelor and Masters degree in Business Administration. Lisa worked for Emerson for over 20 years in sales positions and Customer Service Management roles. She is now looking forward to a career change into childcare and is happy to serve families in her community.
Chad is from the Wildwood area and has been in the construction industry for over 30 years. He had his sites set on this amazing center for quite some time. In 2020 he secured the purchase of the building and since has worked diligantly to make very detailed improvements to every aspect of the center. Chad and Lisa have been very selective in hiring a great staff of Management and Teachers to operate Little Hills Learning Center.
With Chad and Lisa having four children of their own it has provided them insight into numerous daycare and preschool facilities as they searched for the best care for their children. Through this selection process they were able to determine what they liked and disliked in other centers and have incorporated these factors into LHLC. We are excited to offer excellent care for children ages 6 weeks – 12 years old. We welcome you to become a part of our family!
COVID-19 INFORMATION: Little Hills Learning Center follows guidelines recommended by the Center for Disease Control, along with St. Charles County Health Department. These guidelines will be communicated to parents and staff.
